Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of light margarine;
  • 2 cups of culinary sweetener;
  • 4 to 5 ripe bananas;
  • 1 glass of warm skimmed milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 cups and 1/4 of wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • 1 pinch of salt;

Banana pie farofa:

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 1 spoon of light margarine;
  • Cinnamon powder.

Step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the sugar-free banana pie with farofa

Firstly, preparing this recipe is very simple and easy, so separate all the ingredients on the counter to make the process easier.

In this way, mix the margarine, eggs and sweetener until you obtain a cream. So, add the flour and milk, don't forget the pinch of salt and mix again. Lastly, add the yeast slowly, stirring gradually. Reserve.

To prepare the farofa, simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is very loose, looking like farofa.

So, in a greased pan, slice the bananas or cut them into thin slices. Spread the previously reserved dough, finish with a layer of farofa and bake for around 40 minutes, or until the surface is slightly golden.
